Kickoff Event — Galaxies, Nebulae, and a Biblical Response to Science
Friday, March 10, 6pm–9pm
Suggested Donation $10, Registration Required
Please join me for my kickoff event, featuring telescopes and astronomers so you can observe and learn about galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, and colorful double stars. Bring your binoculars for their "Constellation Tour," and bring your phone to try to get a photo through a telescope like the one of moon below.
In the midst of such powerful majesty, explore a Biblical response to science in such passages as Luke 12, Jonah 4, Proverbs 8, Job 38-42, and the Psalms.
Suggested donation at the door is $10, but if you can't pay, please come anyway as my guest for free. Either way, you must register to reserve your spot in the experience.
Estrella Mountain Church is graciously allowing us to use their parking lot to set up the telescopes. The church is located at 10485 South Estrella Parkway, Goodyear, AZ 85338. Feel free to bring a lawn chair, and dress appropriately for the weather.

I chose this photo because the birds are intentionally headed somewhere. Hopefully, so are we.
